Using Faculty Center

As an instructor, your primary objective is teaching classes, but the administrative aspect of teaching is substantial. With myFSU Student Central's Faculty Center, all of the administrative tools you require are now in one, easy-to-access location. Through the Faculty Center interface, you can access all of the tools required to manage your classes and effectively organize your life in the classroom. With the click of a button, you can:

  • Access the textbooks and materials interface
  • See the course description that students see when they consult the schedule of classes
  • View the detailed notes students see in the schedule of classes
  • See a course's enrollment cap and how many seats remain
  • Determine the roster type you want-with or without photos
  • Email a single student or the entire class
  • Link to the Advisor Center to see who your advisees are
  • Review your class schedule in calendar view

For step-by-step instructions on how to access and navigate Faculty Center, review the Faculty How To section of this website.
